Dan Stringer has spent most of his life in the food and drink industry, from pub management to deli, coffee shop & restaurant owner, to caterer. A believer that event catering needn't be a compromise, Dan is also a firm believer that service sets great events apart from good events.

Dan Akrigg has a breadth and depth of culinary experience that many restaurants will envy. Trained at Michelin-starred Rogan & Co and winner of North West Young Chef of the Year, Dan brings an inventiveness not often found in caterers.
